The Brisbane to Gladstone Yacht Race is considered by the yachting fraternity and the general public to be one of Australia's flagship ocean yacht races. Held over the Easter Long Weekend each year, competitors will gather from across Queensland, New South Wales. Victoria and Tasmania as well as from overseas to compete for the Courier Mail Cup, one of the oldest perpetual trophies in Australia that has been competed for on a continual basis.

Our role is to manage the social media on behalf of the Queensland Cruising Yacht Club, a role which requires us to ensure sponsors are made to feel loved, competitors know when and how to apply. while also ensuring the general public are made aware of the event and the associated festivities.
