Social media STRATEGY
Sensis 2020 data tells us that 90% of Australian businesses are using social media to promote their products and services. Just contemplate that for a moment… that’s a LOT of brands!
With SO much competition for people’s attention, if you’re not utilising every single algorithmic advantage, and every possible channel touchpoint, you’re falling behind and potentially missing opportunities to grow your business.

what is a social media strategy?
We’re glad you asked! Strategy (and in particular social media strategy) is one of those words / terms that is overused and often misunderstood.
Social Media strategy goes waaaaaay beyond content. If all you are doing is defining your key messages and aesthetic, you’re only a fraction of the way there. You will not see results from this alone.
One of the first steps to creating a strategy is to define your goals and targets. Once these are agreed, you can start to consider appropriate platforms, target audience, content types, promotions, competitions, collaborations, social monitoring, brand partnerships, influencer marketing and social advertising….
Social strategy goes waaay beyond content
Get Tongues Wagging
It’s our mantra. Our #GetTonguesWagging framework gives us a bigger focus than simply posting lovely-looking content at the right time with the right hashtags.
We start by getting an in-depth understanding of your audience and then we leverage our specialist understanding of each platform to create a two-way dialogue that fosters trust and optimises the opportunity for sales.
Testing and optimising
We are data nerdos. Not a day goes by where we don’t check the results on our campaigns to make informed decisions about what we do next.
Whether it’s our daily account checks, our weekly reviews, or our monthly reporting, we watch literally everything because it gives us insights on what’s working, and what’s not.
AMPLIFICATION
When you’re a small business trying to create a name for yourself, one of the biggest challenges is getting your brand known. Social Media is an excellent way to get your brand in front of your target audience, but you can get better cut through and amplify your results much faster if you’ve got some other activations on the go.
