the Client

Located in the heart of Newstead, Haven is a lifestyle hub that boasts a fine curation of food, wellness and lifestyle brands including Studio Pilates, Cheeky Poke Bowl, Salt Meats Cheese, Miele and E’cco Bistro. 

Our partnership with Haven started in 2019, launching with an event delivered in collaboration with Miele, Salt Meats Cheese and E’cco Bistro and in partnership with Croft PR. Since then we have coordinated a number of competitions and events to build a sizeable database for email marketing purposes, as well as a healthy social media community of food lovers. 

Going forward we continue to collaborate with the retailers to coordinate integrated digital marketing strategies that help to keep the Haven brand front of mind and bring people back to the precinct for events and exclusive offers.

Results

Within the first 6 months we helped to establish a database of more than 1000 Food Loving ‘Havenites,’ thanks to a couple of killer competitions. We also assisted with a highly successful event and grew their social media community from 1500 to over 1600 strong!
